1. Turn off Prolaw Agent on sis-web05.

2. Shut off Prolaw Groupware agent on SFNI-WEB04.

3. Shut off Prolaw Desktop Service on SIS-SQL06.

4. Shut off Prolaw Mobile IIS services on SFNI-PLM01.

5. Disable Prolaw share on SFNI-FS01.

6. Backup Prolaw Live database.

7. Use SP_WHO2 command on SQL to kill processes.
