Resolution
  1. Click Windows Start button.
  2. Right-click Windows PowerShell and run as administrator.
  3. Enter: timedate.cpl
    • The date and time dialogue opens.
  4. Set the Time Zone.
  5. Click Apply/OK.
If you continue to see the error "Unable to continue. You do not have permissions to perform this task. Contact your computer administrator.", proceed with the following steps:
  1. Click on Start.
  2. Look for Command Prompt, right-click and click on Run as Administrator option.
  3. To confirm the current time zone, type tzutil /g and press Enter:
  4. Type tzutil /l and press Enter:
  5. This will show you a list of all available time zones.
  6. Note the name of time zone that you need.. 
  7. Type tzutil /s “enter correct time zone” and press Enter to set,
  8. Type tzutil /g to check if the time zone was updated successfully.
