Ensure Edge version is above 93
Run below PowerShell command:

>Connect-SPOService -Url https://sessions586-admin.sharepoint.com/

>Set-SPOTenant -UsePersistentCookiesForExplorerView $true

Clear browser cache and try the View in file explorer again.
