They all require a client code in the format of 5 digits, then a dash or hyphen, then another 5 digits. 

Please make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies. The PACER Service Center recommends using current versions of Firefox, Safari and Edge running in IE mode with PACER.   

 

(If you are using a VPN or network, please try logging in outside of them. If the login works please consult your IT support team.)  

 

Be sure your Internet connection is using a static IP address as well.  If your connection’s IP address changes at any point during your session with PACER, you will be routed back to a login screen.

 

Delete cookie/temp files in your browser. If you are using a bookmark or favorite delete it and re-bookmark it after logging in as per below.

 

Close and re-open your internet browser.

Additional content settings to clear cookies on exit:

1. Open Chrome Settings from the 3 dots icon, and then choose Settings
 
2. Click on Privacy and Security
 
3. Navigate to Site Settings
 
4. Select Additional Content Settings from the menu
 
5. Click on On-device Site Data
 
 
6. Select now the radio button Delete data sites that have been saved to your device when you close all windows
